Bravo ERP Backup

Bravo ERP Backup is an internal backup tool operated by Bravo for Industrial Development & Investment. Authorized administrators use it to store and retrieve encrypted backup files in a Google Drive account controlled by Bravo. It is not a public backup service and has no public sign-up.

Why we request Google Drive access

The tool requests the Google Drive drive.file permission to create backup folders and files, upload encrypted files, and retrieve or delete files it created. It does not need access to unrelated files in the Google Drive account.

How the backup works

Backup content and file names are encrypted on Bravo’s server before upload. Google Drive stores the encrypted files and associated storage metadata, including file size and upload time. Authorized administrators use the tool and the necessary encryption credentials to restore a file.

Backup status and retention

The Google Drive connection has passed encrypted file and synthetic PostgreSQL backup restoration tests. Production ERP database uploads to Google Drive begin only after the backup verification and retention procedures are enabled.

Bravo’s production retention schedule is 30 days for local server backups and 365 days for encrypted backups in each configured cloud destination. This site does not provide access to backup files.
